Is search engine optimization included in the web hosting package?

Yes, full search engine optimization is included in all of our web development packages. We will do keyword research to help optimize your content, proper meta tags for titles and descriptions in the back end, along with submission to major search engines.

Once the site is complete, can I make changes and updates myself?

Yes, you will have full control over the user-friendly web based content management system. As a client you will be able to access this system and make any changes/updates to the website yourself. You will also have the option of sending any minor changes to our web design team and we will do it for you free of charge (within 6 hours of receiving the request).

What software and programming language does Apto Hosting use?

We design all of our websites using Adobe Photoshop and code the design to work with the WordPress content management system. We use a variety of web programming languages including HTML/CSS/PHP/XML/etc.

Do you provide the content/images, or do I need to produce it?

If you do not have images we can provide them free of cost, as we will obtain them from free-use databases. Content writing services are available at an additional cost of $30/hour (free with our Unlimited package), or you can provide your own web content.

How do your designers know how my style/preferences for the website?

We provide a comprehensive web design questionnaire that assesses your needs and key requirements for the project.

How many revisions/edits can I make?

We will make unlimited revisions at no extra cost, our designers will work on your website until it is 100% the way you want it.

How long does it take for a website to be completed?

We are able to turn around most websites within 2-3 weeks.

I want a website, but I have no idea how to get started. Will you be able to “hold my hand” through the entire process?

Yes, we cater to all types of experience levels. If you have never been involved with web design or development we will provide extra focused assistance until you are 100% comfortable with your new website.
